Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-45 years 2. Rolland Morris Questionnaire score >3 and/or acute sciatica in past three months 3. Presence of at least one disc herniation or bulge
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous spinal surgery 2. Central canal stenosis 3. Severe osteoporosis 4. Pregnancy 5. Other disorders preventing active participation in therapy programme
