Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Clinically diagnosed case of Psoriasis vulgaris with BSA > 10 % • Age more than or equal to 18 years • Patients should be willing for Investigation, Treatment and Regular Follow up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Age less than 18 years or more than 60 years • Pregnancy or Lactation at present • Hepatic, Renal, Lipid Profile Abnormalities • Photo aggravated Psoriasis/ Photodermatoses • Past/Present history of any type of Malignancy • Patient unsure about attending treatment Schedule Regularly • Previous H/o any Hypersensitivity Reaction to Systemic Retinoids and/or Psoralens • Patients who fail to come for follow up after Initiation of therapy • Patients with previous H/o Immunobullous disorders • Patients on phototoxic drugs
