Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. To study the risk factors responsible for occurrence of Antrochoanal(AC) and Ethmoidal (EP) nasal polyps 2.To study the difference in Gene expression Profiling of Antrochoanal and Ethmoidal nasal polyposis 3.To identify mutations if anyTimepoint: 1.Smoking, Woodstove exposure etc Time point: Jan 1st 2010 to May 30th 2012 2. Gene expression Profiling:Jan 1st 2010 to July 30th 2012 3.Mutational study: Jan 1st 2010 to July 30th 2012

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To find out the cause for recurrence 2. To find out the difference in Gene expression profiling of AC and EPs with respect to Morphological characteristics and risk factorsTimepoint: 1. Allergic rhinitis, Infection 2.Congested and Non congested polyps etc
