Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 DIAGNOSIS OF ESSENTIAL TREMOR 2 AGE OF PATIENT > 18 YEARS 3 INFORMED CONSENT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic obstructive airway disease 2. Diabetes 3. Cardiac and renal disease 4. Severe depression 5. Age of patient 6. Known allergy to drugs under study 7. Secondary causes of tremor like drug induce, hyperthyroidism

Primary outcome is tremor reduction more than 50 percent.Timepoint: 10 weeks.
