Inclusion criteria: 1. Young healthy volunteers. 2. No history of chronic respiratory illness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers. 2. Alcoholics. 3. Subjects currently on medication. 4. Previous experience of yoga training. 5. Athletes
