Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Chronic kidney disease of different etiology, before ESRD. •Patient not on dialysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Pregnancy •Acute infection •Psychotic patient •Critically ill patient •HIV/HBsAg/Anti-HCV and immunocompromised patient. •Severe Renal pathology such as malignancy
