Health Condition 1: null- menopause 12 months duration with vata dosha predominance

Interventions

Intervention1: ashwagandha and arjuna ksheerpaka: 100 ml ksheerpaka prepared by 3 gms ashwagandha and arjuna each two times after meal for 3 months Control Intervention1: soya seeds: 5gms of soya seed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: hot flushes depression anxiety sleeplessness cardiac disease loss of libido vaginal dryness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellites, hysterectomy, physiological and pathological ammenorhoea, uncontrolled hyper tension, patients on HRT, Cancer
