Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed thalassemia major patients. Age groups: 6months - 12 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Complicated cases (having HIV, HBV, infection, hepatic failure. TB etc.) Patient having BT interval for less than 15 days Patient undergone splenectomy Age Children below 6 months and above 12 years
