Intervention1: balachaturbhadra churna: dosage according to body weight (Clark rule with 12 grams as adult daily dose) thrice daily after food with honey for a duration of 6 weeks Control Intervention

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient presenting with symptom of kasa should have recurrence at least once a month for minimum of six months children with specific history of upper respiratory tract allargy and kasa

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children below the age of 3 years and above the age of 12 years. Patient presenting with symptoms of Tamaka shwasa (Bronchial asthma), Kshataja and Kshayaja kasa. Patient presenting with Pneumonia, COPD (Emphysema, Bronchiectasis). Patient associated with systemic illness such as TB, HIV, DM and other chronic debilitating diseases.
