Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing primary Total Knee Replacement between 1st March 2010 to 30th April 2011

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Revision Total Knee Arthroplasty 2) Previous Patellectomy 3) Previous Extensor Mechanism Surgery
