Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Evidence of decline in both memory and thinking sufficient enough to impair personal activities of daily living where registration storage and retrieval of new information remote memory in later stages are also affected Flow of idea is reduced and reasoning capacity is also impaired Presence of clear consciousness Duration of at least 6 months Age group above 60years & below 80 years only AlzheimeR type Vascular Dementia Of Multi Infarct Type
