Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed ALL(acute lymphoblastic leukemia) or CML (chronic myelogenic leukemia) Drinker and non-drinker of tea both will be included in the study. Age within 30 years ECOG performance status within 0-2 Non metastatic or no locally recurrent disease Those who have not received any chemotherapeutic drugs Life expectancy more than 12 weeks Informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pleural effusion, ascites, full extremities edema AST, alkaline phosphatase or total bilirubin more than upper limit of normal Pregnant or breast feeding patient

| Expressions as well as quantification of different tumor markers like TNF alpha, NF kappaB and HDAC will be observed after collecting blood from both AML and CML population before and after administration of tea tablets along with chemotherapy to understand the modulatory effect of tea on the expression of these tumor markers.
