Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children requiring physeal bar excision

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients unable to follow up for 2 years

MeasureTime frame
restoration of growth at the physis as judged by measurments on xrayTimepoint: every 3 month till 2 years

MeasureTime frame
premature closure or any other abnormality of growth plateTimepoint: 2 years
