Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with localized chronic moderate or localized agressive periodontitis with clinical attachment loss >2mm, <5mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: systemic or infectious diseases,insufficient platelet count for PRF preparation,intake of any mediations that will interfere with bloood clotting

Assess changes in periodontal clinical parameters: Plaque index, modified sulcular bleeding index, probing pocket depth, gingival marginal level, clinical attachment level and radiographic defect fill of the pariodontal defectTimepoint: baseline, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months
