Intervention1: Ropivacaine: Ropivacaine is indicated for local anaesthesia in which we use ropivacaine 0.75% 5-15ml bolus, 0.2% 6-14 ml infusion)for epidural anaesthesia.It will be given in epidural

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing OPCAB Surgery with comorbidities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal, 2. Patients with signs of infection over the spine, 3. Patients with coagulation disorders, on antiplatelet agent, low molecular weight heparin, or heparin infusion, 4. Emergency cases, 5. Unstable angina, 6. Left main stem disease,patients with dyshrythmias, 7. Patient on steroids, 8. Patients undergoing combined procedures. 9. On IABP. 10.Patient on Rosuvastatin
