Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Females of the age between 25-45 years 2.For groups A and B patients with TSH levels higher than normal with serum thyroid hormone levels within the normal range, categorized as subclinical hypothyroidism 3.For group C, normal healthy euthyroid subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Male subjects and subjects with overt hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism and other secondary causes of thyroid abnormalities, endocrine diseases etc. 2.Subjects on any kind of medication interfering thyroid function 3.People who have undergone or undergoing radiotherapy for head and neck region.
