Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ALL CHILDREN WITH ACUTE LOWER RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION (ALRTI)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Lethal malformations 2) Chronic suppurative lung disease 3) Nosocomial pneumonia 4)cough for more than 3 weeks 5) h/o contact with active pulmonary tuberculosis 6)pneumonia secondary to measles and whooping cough 7) asthma
