Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Young age less than 60 years, 2.Female gender, 3.Suspected sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, 4.Recurrent pancreatitis, 5.Prior history of post ERCP pancreatitis, 6.Patients with normal serum bilirubin. 7. Multiple pancreatic duct injections 8.Difficult or failed cannulation 9.Pancreatic sphincterotomy, 10.Precut access, and 11.Balloon dilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pancreatic duct stricture in the head of the pancreas, Those who have undergone previous endoscopic papillectomy, Those who have undergone previous endoscopic sphincterotomy (ES), Those with an indwelling nasobilliary or nasopancreatic tube , Those with acute pancreatitis. Children less than 18 years of age. Those with contra-indications to NSAIDS. Low-risk patients (older, obstructed pancreatic duct).
