Intervention1: Draksha dadimadi syrup: Group A Draksha dadimadi syrup will be given for 90 days. Dose fixation according to sharangdhar samhita. Control Intervention1: Drakshadi syrup: Group B Draksha

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hb PBS showing hypochromic microcytic picture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 11.5 gm/dl Anaemia due to other pathological condition â?? bone marrow aplasia, CA, haemolytic anaemia, Thalessemias and other haemoglobinopathies. etc. Anaemia of chronic malnutrition. Chronic diseases, acute infections, T. B, Juvenile DM etc.
