Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of any disease grade and any duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient presenting with ADLA(Acute Dermato Lymphangio Adinitis)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Quality of life assessment at baseline and after 3month of followup 2. Reduction in Volume and girth measurements of affected limb. The girth was measured in 8 regions using tape method. Volume was measured by water displacement method 3. Photo documentation at baseline and follow up Timepoint: 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Reduction in frequency of inflammatory episodes 2. Reduction in bacterial entry points 3. Reversibility in skin grading Timepoint: 3 months
