Exclusion criteria: 1.NEURO MUSCULAR DISORDER 2.HEART DISEASE. 3.HYPERTENSION. 4.HISTORY OF DRUG ALLERGY. 5.DIFFICULT INTUBATION. 6. HIGHER RISK OF ASPIRATION. 7.CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE.
