Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Uncontrolled Diabetic patients Hypertensive patients BP up to 140/90 mm of Hg. Urinary albumin between 30-300mg in 24 Hr. urine sample.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled Hypertensive patients BP more than 140/90 mm of Hg. Microalbuminuria originating due to other diseases except Diabetes mellitus will be excluded. Patients with other severe complications of Diabetes mellitus. Plasma creatinine more than 2.5 mg Any other serious systemic illness. Patients contra indicated for basti.
