Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects having inactive/quiescent CSOM with non healing small (less than 5 mm) size perforation in the pars tensa . 2. Small (less than 5 mm size) traumatic perforation, not healing for at least one month. 3. Age more than 14 yrs. 4. No active predisposing disease foci in nose or throat.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Large central perforation size more than 5 mm 2. Pars flacida perforation 3. Actively discharging ear 4. TB otitis media 5. ASOM 6. Fresh traumatic perforation. 7. Marginal perforation. 8. Subtotal perforation.
