Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: : Age between 20 â?? 50 years : Normal basic liver function tests. : The patients must be willing and able to provide written Informed consent to participants in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIAS : Age should not be less than twenty or more than fifty. : H/O. liver disease. : H/O disease with splenomegaly. : Pregnant woman. : Alcoholics. : HBV, HCV, HIV positive. Any laboratory abnormalities regarding liver condition (Platelet count less than 150,000/ul, Fasting glucose more than 110mg/dl,AST more than 40 IU/L,ALT more than 40 IU/L,Albumin less than 3.3 g/dl,Total bilirubin more than 1.0mg /dl,GGT more than 54 IU/L,ALP more than 115 IU/L)
