Intervention1: Hip external rotator stretch Hip internal rotator strengthen Hip articular mobilization Moist heat TENS: Stretching- 30 sec hold 3 repetitions in a session for 6 consecutive session day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mechanical low back pain with hip internal rotation range less than 35 degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non mechanical pain(unrelated to time or activity) Low back pain with radiating symptoms Low back pain with serious pathology(eg cancer, Fracture, infection) Previous surgery of lumbar spine or hip Feeling unwell weight loss structural spinal deformity non organic signs(waddell score more than 3)
