Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of post-stroke pain 1.age of patient between 18-70 years. 3.Base line Pain at VAS >= 50mm on 100mm scale. 4.Informed signed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Peripheral neuropathy 2.Pericapsulitis 3.Dementia 4.Malignant disease 5.Recent MI 6.Liver/renal failure 7.Known allergy to lamotrigine or pregabalin 8.Pregnant or lactating 9.The patients with cardiac pacing or any metallic implantation will be excluded from rTMS.
