Intervention1: intravenous iron sucrose and blood transfusion: intravenous iron sucrose will be given to one arm patients and another arm will be given blood transfusion to correct anemia Intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult females coming to obs and gynec ward diagnosed of anemia Anemia is defined as Hemoglobin level of less than 10 g/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of coronary heart disease or stroke, hypertension, bronchial asthma, diabetes mellitus
