Health Condition 1: null- patients are case of carcinoma middle esophagus who are considered candidates for three field esophagectomy

Intervention1: US neck: all patients with middle esophageal carcinoma will undergo US neck: A high-resolution, B-mode US scanner, which provides two-dimensional images in real time. Intervention2: CEC

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with histologically confirmed mid third esophageal carcinoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to participate in the study,with synchronous head and neck tumors,Past history of lymph node dissection in the neck,Serious comorbid conditions,ASA grade 3 and more,Age over 70 years
