Intervention1: Group 2- Intracorpus spongiosum block.: Group 2- Intracorpus spongiosum block.
The genitalia will be cleaned with 10% povidone-iodine solution.
2.5 to 3 ml 1% lidocaine will be slowly

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients 18 years or above. 2. Single passable anterior urethral stricture up to 2 cm of length.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Multiple strictures. ?Stricture of fossa navicularis. ?Stricture length more then 2 cm. ?Known allergy to lignocaine. ?Associated urological co-morbidities like urethral or vesical calculus, benign prostatic hyperplasia, neurovesical dysfunction. ?Significant cardiovascular disease.
