Intervention1: tracheal suction just after birth: Group 1 will receive tracheal suction following oral suction just after birth possibly before initiation of breathing.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Non-vigorous babies born through meconium stained amniotic fluid.The vigour status is decided just after birth on the basis of heart rate, tone and respiration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with major congenital malformation,respiratory distress due to suspected congenital heart disease,consent not obtained
