Interventions

Intervention1: pit and fisssure sealants, topical fluorides and dental health education: pit and fissure sealants and topical fluorides either gel or varnish will be applied based on the caries risk.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: � Parents should give informed consent � Children should be 12 years old � Children should be permanent residents of Belgaum city. � Children should have only permanent teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Children who are severely ill ? Children having any lesions in and around the oral cavity ? Children having difficulty in opening the mouth ? Children undergoing orthodontic treatment.
