Intervention1: PLATELET RICH PLASMA AND BONE MARROW ASPIRATE: PLATELET RICH PLASMA WILL TAKEN FROM PATIENTS OWN BLOOD AND BONE MARROW ASPIRATE FROM ILIAC CREST. THE COMPARATOR AGENT IS NORMAL CONVENTI

: The need of Bone grafting in open tibia fractures after three months of randomization. The need for bone grafting will be decided by two orthopaedic surgeons (TJ/ MN), using standard indications. The efficacy of blinding will be assessed.Timepoint: 9 months	—
