Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Cases with radiographic evidence (X-ray and Ultrasound KUB) of calculi in kidney/ ureter/ bladder (both symptomatic and asymptomatic-diagnosed cases). b) Size of calculi: In case of single calculus size - 5mm or above. c) In case of two calculi, one calculus must be of size 5mm or above. d) Both sexes of age between 18 to 60 years. e) Written Informed consent from the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with moderate/severe Hydronephrosis b) Cases presenting with laboratory findings of uremia. c) Recurrent urinary tract infections (other than stone). d) Acute retention of urine for more than 24 hours. e) Cases with hyperparathyroidism f) Cases with gross developmental defects or structural abnormality of kidney. g) Cases with other systemic diseases like cardiovascular, endocrinal diseases or Systemic infections or on other treatment therapies. h) Cases with kidney function impairment i) Impacted calculus j) Cases with more than two calculi k) Cases not having Lycopodium clavatum symptomatology.
