Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Subject willing to provide signed and written informed consent. ? Male or female subjects must be 18 years or above. ? Native (should be residing in that area for minimum period of 5 years). ? Willing to give blood sample for lab investigations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Chronic cardiac, respiratory, hepatic or renal disease. ? Subjects with history of non thyroid malignancy. ? Active infection. ? People with physical or mental impairment. ? Patients on Systematic steroid therapy or Lithium therapy. ? Patients with severe illness as judged by investigator.
