Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Gestational period of less than 10 weeks as determined by the ultrasound report ?Primi gravidae
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Subjects already having a flat feet ?Subjects who have back pain or knee pain 6 months prior to pregnancy ?Subjects having multiple fetuses ?Congenital or acquired foot deformities or contractures ?Fibroid complicating pregnancy ?Hydramnios ?History of polio, fractures or surgeries of lower limbs ?Subjects who are planning to undergo their antenatal checkups of later stages of pregnancy in another hospital
