Intervention1: Guduchi Ghan(Tinospora Cordifolia stem Water soluble extract) capsule 500 mg: 2 capsule daily (in morning) with luke warm water for 3 months Control Intervention1: Wheat Flour (placebo)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal healthy school going children of 8th and 9th standard.(Age:12-15years) having I.Q. 80-109

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with Chronic debilitating illnesses mental retardation,A.D.H.D.
