Intervention1: Amoxicillin 1000mg
Clarithromycin 500mg
Pantoprazole 40mg: These drugs will be given as twice daily for 7 days for one group and 14 days for other group

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with symptomatic H.pylori infection as evidenced by standard diagnostic methods.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Age 18 years 2) Use of proton pump inhibitors in the last 1 week 3) Use of antibiotics in the last 4 weeks 4) Patients with allergy to any of the drugs used in the trial 5) Pregnant and breast feeding women 6) Patients with advanced chronic hepatic or renal disease 7) Previous history of H.pylori eradication therapy
