Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who are transferred to Post Anaesthesia Care Unit from the Operation Theatre

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Direct admissions to the PACU and non surgical patients

MeasureTime frame
The study end point will be occurrence of any adverse event or till 24hours stay in PACU. If the patient is discharged from the PACU before the 24 hrs, it will be considered as an end point.Timepoint: 24hrs
