Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with age of 18 years or more. 2)Patients with biopsy proven squamous cell cancer (SCC) of oral cavity or oropharynx, 3)Patients planned for surgery for SCC of oral cavity or oropharynx. 4)Patients planned for curative radiotherapy to face and neck. 5)Patients planned for post operative radiotherapy to face and neck. 6)Patients who have received 50Gy of radiation or more to face and neck.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Any previous treatment for cancer in the region of head and neck. 2)Patients with history of previous trauma, tetanus, temporo-mandibular disorder, or oral submucous fibrosis which may contribute to trismus.
