Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA physical status I and II undergoing neuroendoscopic procedures will be enrolled for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grades III and IV 2. Redo surgery

Levels of S-100B in patients undergoing neuroendoscopic surgery under isoflurane or propofol anesthesia.Timepoint: S100B would be assessed at - 1.Before induction of anesthesia [Baseline] 2. At the end of surgery 3. 24 hours postoperative
