Health Condition 1: null- Elderly individuals with increased pulse pressure

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly subjects above 60 years with increased pulse pressure (more than 50mmhg). 2. The subject is expected to stay within driving distance of study for at least 5 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with systolic blood pressure more than 159mmHg and diastolic blood pressure more than 99mmHg. 2. Patients with diabetes, CVS disorders, renal disorders and pulmonary disorders. 3. Subjects having habit of smoking, chewing tobacco and alcoholic. 4. Inability to cooperate with deep breathing and valsalva maneuver. 5. Pulmonary difficulties associated with hyperventilation including acute upper respiratory infection. 6. Musculoskeletal or neurologic problems 7. Subject refusal.
