Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women within the age of 40-55 yrs. with changes in mentrual pattern from earlier, ? women between 40 to 55 years of age reporting a) with cessation of menstruation [FSH Level 40 IU/L ] b) in Perimenopausal women [FSH 10-25 IU/L ] .Test to be done on 2nd day of menses] ? Not on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) or (should have withdrawn HRT for at least 2 months before inclusion).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Women with artificial menopause or cases presenting post hysterectomy ? Women with lifethreatening diseases like uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus or uncontrolled Hypertension or associated with complications. ? History of endometrial hyperplasia/Neoplasia/malignancy ? History of breast or reproductive organ cancer. ? History of severe psychiatric disturbance; ? Prolonged or dependant used of prescriptional drugs such as pain killers, sedatives. ? Osteoporosis with Pathological fracture; Pelvic pathology to be ruled out
