Interventions

Intervention1: Divine Noni Gold: Dosage:1. First 3 days 5 ml twice daily, on an empty stomach(Morn and Even) 2.Next 3 days 10 ml twice daily, on an empty stomach.(Morn and Even) 3.Seventh day onward

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with impaired blood sugar with no other systemic diseases are included in the trial.sample size-60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignancy Pregnancy Breast feeding Hypersensitivity reactions active liver disease or hepatic dysfunction Serious or unstable medical or psychological condition Impaired renal function History of serious adverse effects
