Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Smear- positive deep fungal keratitis with hypopyon whho did not respond to topical natamycin 5 %and amphotericin B 0.15 %
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: One-eyed patients, children < 12 years of age, and cases with keratitis limited to anterior 1/3rd of stroma and with concurrent sclera involvement
