Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cluster level: Slum clusters with minimum population of 4000 and unlikely to be demolished in the next 3 years Individual level: pregnant and lactating women, mothers of under 5 children and children under 5 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cluster Level: Newly developing slum clusters (JJ)and very small slums No individual level exclusion criteria
