Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 12 years 2. Slide confirmed cases with only plasmodium falciparum

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of danger signs of Plasmodium falciparum (According to WHO Criteria) 2. Past history of hypersensitivity to sulfa drugs 3. History of recent uptake of malaria treatment.
