Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with biochemically proven Pheochromocytoma/functional paraganglioma that will undergo surgery for removal of tumor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those patients of pheochromocytoma who will not undergo surgery due to any reasons

Assessment of strength and weaknesses of both drugs in terms of- 1. Preoperative time taken for adequate preparation and safety profile 2. Number of intra-operative and post-operative fluctuations in blood pressure and heart rate 3. Occurrence of arrythmia- pre-, intra- or postoperatively 4. Time taken for restoration of normal haemodynamics in post-operative periodTimepoint: End point of study 1. Till restoration of normal haemodynamics in post-operative period
