Exclusion criteria: Chronicity of the disease less than 3 months Patients with Peptic Ulcer Duodenal Ulcer CA Stomach Cardiac disorders. Taking medicines for any other diseases like Hypertension Diabetes Mellitus Ischemic Heart Diseases Chronic Renal Failure
