Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: healthy human volunteers residing in a particular urban area without any history of ocular surface disorder were included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a.Patients having redness of eye, itching, discharge, sticking of the eyes in the morning. b.Patients having presence of papillae, follicles, congestion, cicatrization of the conjunctiva. c.Patients having any established changes of kerato-conjuntivitis sicca and dry eye. d.Patients having any history of ocular injury. e.Patients with pterygium. f. Patients having ocular surface irregularities
