Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I & II healyhy subjects posted for lower abdominal surgery from general surgical and gygacology opration list

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: condition that preclude spinal anaesthesia, psychiatric disorder, chronic pain, and on antihypertensive medication

onset of sensory block,maximum of sensory level, time to achieve maximum sensory level, duration of sensory block,duration of motor block, total number of analgesic doses in 24 hours, Pain score, Side effects like hypotension, bradycardia, sedation, nausea, vomitingTimepoint: every 5 minutes for 15 minutes, then every 10 minutes till end of surgery and 4,6,12,24 hour postoperatively
